I have used Doctors Vision Works for a couple of years. Went in on 3/24/2011

for a new set. I was told that eye exams were available until 7 pm. I filled out a forms and went to the "waiting area". I noticed several people entering the exam area. After nearly an hour a very unfriendly employee asked why I was there. My reply to get an exam. Her reply "We don't do exams after 6:30. Itold here what info. was given me. Her response, "Thats not my problem I got off 15 minutes ago" "If you don't like it go somewhere else.

No customer service, staff argumentative. Will never go there again. They really don't care.
