I am writing to you to complain about an ongoing issue with Dollar Bank, Monroeville, PA 15146. I have been a customer for 30 years. Just recently I have slapped with NSF fees for my check being held in my account and not available for my needs. Thursday May 21, I depostited a check into my account from my retirement. I was not told funds would not be available for 5-7 days even if it is my money. I wrote bills against this money. Downward spiral with NSF fees eating up most of the check. THis is a crime, a shame to do this to hardworking people like myself. No resolution, turned them into the BBB. I want my the NSF fees back in my account. How do these people sleep at night?
