I purchased an IBM ThinkPad from Dollar Computer Online and it was charged to my credit card, but I never received my laptop. I contacted them on two occasions and heard nothing in return. They took my money from my tax refund and gave nothing in return and this was a graduation gift for my son. They have caused me a great deal of stress and mental anguish because I don't have the money to purchase another laptop for him. It was going to be his off to college tool to help him succeed in life!
