They first say they are interested in buying your domain name and then they ask for a appraisal. The site looks good and everything but after you buy the appraisal he says he will get a buyer for the site instead of him buying it directly and he will get 15% commission. Anyways the scam is the appraisal. After you pay for the appraisal he dissappears.
