The 'customer service' dept. at this company is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Hold times are extremely long, reps are rude and unprofessional. It is so frustrating to ever have to deal with them. Today, the hold time was really long so I allowed them to call me back; when I answered I was placed on hold for at least 5 minutes. You're calling because you are supposed to be available, but I'm still holding, when my call was finally answered, the rep hung up on me. I had to call back and wait on hold for 15 minutes. I told the new rep the previous situation and was not even offered an apology, no acknowledgement of the situation at all.
