money was removed from my account on 6/12/09 illegally by net-charge.com.The amount withdrawn was
£24.89 and the billing number is 8133560206 and the last 4 digits of my card are 1936 .

Hello my name is Jose Lopez and I need help concerning this matter' I keep getting phone calls about me owing money I try to tell them I don't have an account with JC Penny but they keep asking it's me and asking for my Social Security number which I won't give. At the moment all I have on who they are is a phone number : 866-825-4574 On my caller ID it dosen't show who the callers are. Please help me for once before I place a complaint and when someone from your department call me I wasn't able to take the call and was told they would call back at a later time and didn't. To this day I never got my money back or heard from 'Money Works' which took my founds.
