This company first told me that the sneakers I ordered was available. They then sent me an email stating it was not available after i paid for it. They requested i select another pair. I asked for a refund of my money so i could purchase the kicks elsewhere. The kicks were purchased june 20th and i have sent repeated emails because they dont have a customer service number although they state that they do. I recieved on email back on june 23rd stating "we have sent your message to the shipping dept, we check it for you." It is now july 12th and i have heard nothing from the "shipping department"!!! this company has very poor customer service and i will be seeking other recourse to recoup my funds if they do not eventually cooperate.
