DO NOT purchase anything from DotCells.com because Lonnie Jones steals used cell phones via his other websites irecyclephones.com or Ibuyphones.com (he doesn't pay for them) just like I have not recieved payment for my cell phones I sent him, it has been 9 months and dozens of unanswered emails and letters. Lonnie Jones is a coward and a thief.

And then he sells them via his DotCells.com to you as basically 'stolen property' And at the same time Lonnie is committing US Mail Fraud with his pre paid account. I urge anyone who has been ripped off by Lonnie to file a police report / US Mail Fraud complaint / and submit complaint to the BBB.org on his companies - he has others and is a white collar criminal.
