This company is allowing Foriegn companies to list there devices on DOTMED. These companies are from China, Korea, Japa, Indonesia etc... These companies do not have any FDA certificates. The companies are not registered with the FDA. So these dangerous lasers are being sold to anyone who wants to buy them in the USA. DotMed refuses to remove them because they say anyone can sell on their site as long as they pay DOTMED for listing there medical devices. However, when you go to FDA website it says no one can sell in USA without FDA approval. So my problem is what are we doing to protect the U.S. people from such danger? If someone does not get this company to remove these listings then we telling foreign companies welcome to USA and it is okay to break the law as long as you can pay.
