I called Doubleday Bookclub(1-727-918-2665) to cancel my order for they took to much money out of my account from my bank, and I havent even gotten the order yet!!! I told them I wanted too cancel the account with them, and they told me they couldnt do so until I either send the books back...the ones that I paid for and havent got...or buy more books. . Now why would I want to be screwed by them again!! !!Why are these people and others like them keep screwing with customers! This isnt good customer service when you call them and they want to get rude with you when you try to cancel the account!!
