I recently contacted the on-line website "Just Answer.com" and in the process, was asked to submit my credit card information to cover the cost of the advice. I submitted this information and the total amount to be debited from my checking account was $38. There were no other fee's associated with this transaction. The date of this transaction 11/23/09.

On 11/25/09, I checked my account history on-line, which I frequently do. As I perused the history to my account, I learned that "Just Answer, " had debited my account for $29.50. I never authorized any additional debit's to my account or authorized the use of my credit card for any other purpose. This is theft and fraudulent!!

I will immediately notify "Just Answer customer service, " to determine whether this unauthorized debit and unauthorized use of my account will be remedied; however, wanted to file this complaint to ensure that this fraudulent activity is addressed.
