We signed a contractor with this builder for the new construction of a custom home. The contractor abandoned the site after 1.5 years of slow construction, only finishing 37% of the construction and obtaining funds from the construction loan of 57%. The contractor left the site a mess with major structural defects in almost all aspects of the construction as well as code violation issues. The contractor has refused to supply financial statements, as provided for in the contract and has left this project with no accountability as to the use of the funds provided to them by the bank.
