Downtown Value Inn is a miserable little hotel in Portland, OR. It is very cheap and ok if you want to spend a night there because of traveling other wise don't even think of going there. It is the worst under maintained hotel in the whole of Oregon that is what I think I don't know about others. It is an absolute waste of money and certainly not hygienic. The parking lot is underneath the building which a real bad thing. The pillars that are there make it parking a very irritating and frustrating job. This place is good if you want a place to sleep for FEW hours other wise please take your money and go else where. Do not come here to waste your money. You will get nothing here. Do no think of coming here with your family. I would never stay in that hotel for more than a night.
