never received my order, even after emails
I was going to a trip on Dec 2008 and oredered a bikini on 11/25/2008 never receivedanything. i send multiple emails and nothing. not even a response. the amount was $58.95!!!

Unauthorized billing
I ordered lingerie from this company on 12/17/2008. My credit card was charged right away. I never received the product. The company said it will arrive shortly. Then there was no response to my numerous emails and now can not contact by phone. It is March, and still have not received the product.

non-delivery of goods
terrible customer service. ordered apparel early September, still not here. they charge you full amount, not as website says. don't answer their phones. don't respond to email requests. say things are in stock and ready for shipment when they are not. don't purchase from them. should have learned my lesson the first go around which took months, complaints, phone calls, emails, etc. get your stuff from someone else. don't be fooled by the good prices. stuff in thin and flimsy anyway.

Item never delivered
I ordered a costume for halloween on Oct 10. A week passed by and I didn't have anything, and didn't see any progress on my order status. Called company, answering machine always full. Emailed every day for a week. No response. Searched online, saw all the complaints, their BBB status, the case against them in Missouri. So, cancelled my card so the company wouldn't be able to charge me (since they say they have a no cancellation policy).
I emailed them saying I was cancelling my order and that I would be reporting them to the BBB. Now, they had NEVER replied to my previous inquiries regarding my order. The email saying I was reporting them got a reply that same day.Their verbatim reply:
"Report us for what exactly? You were never charged"
As in, we don't care we never provided you with the srvice, we don't care we never communicated with you, etc etc
Horrible people.
