I had a Bosch Hydropower10 H hot water system fitted last August 05 and it has never worked properly, will not relight when the gas bottles run out. I have had the plumber back at least 3 times and it has not been fixed, now it keeps going out all the time even with two full bottles and when I tried to ring the plumber he told me he was not interested and hung up on me and won’t answer my calls. I don’t even know where he purchased the heater from so I can go to the supplier. It is under one year old and should be still under warranty.
