This podiatrist has almost every client wear a walking boot after whatever procedure they had done be it a bunion removed or a minor foot surgery. He buys that same boot for 45.00 and sells it to his patients for 595.00 and has them sign a paper that says they will be responsible for payment should the insurance company deny payment. He also charges 800.00 for a knee walker when the patient could borrow a wheelchair to get around in for the six weeks needed to be off his feet. A night splint worn for 6 weeks is 45.00 if ordered online; Dr. Baronne charges 345.00 for it and he has all these items in stock at his office which he foists on his uninfomred clients. How greedy he is and how unnecessary most of these items are to his patients. The least he could do, is inform them that they could order this items online for a fraction of the cost should they be needed but oh no. He has them sign an agreement to pay for them should their insurance deny and if they don't have anything but catastrophic insurance which only pays for hospital stays, he still sticks it to em. Shame on you Dr. Baronne. Once burnt, twice shy. You are one greedy physician.
