Good day.

My wife went to see the doctor in March of this year, we received an account stating the full amount outstanding. we paid the account in full and recently received an email from our medical aid that a payment had been made to the doctor in March.

i contacted the Doctor and they denied receiving money from the medical aid, who they claimed from as well, without informing us of that claim. They have only "apparently" received money from us, however, we contacted the medical aid and they stated that disbursement had been done in March already.

Please assist with this matter
