Dr. Joel rifkind DDS made my life miserable!! They not only put me through much pain on a basic teeth cleaning but left my mouth a mess! One of the tools they used to go into my mouth with chipped a tooth!! I felt it happen and immediately said something in shock. You could tell they were embarrassed but tried covering it up by acting as if that must have happened before I arrived! This is still an ongoing situation and I hope nobody has to experience what I went through...BEWARE
