Hello, I would like to share my bad experiecnce of Emirates air lines staff rude and very bad attitude.
I was flying from Doha to Bangalore on 27th May 2009 with my family (Father, My wife, and 2 Kids including me 5 persons). My baggae was excess of 7kg. which is excess of 1.4kg for each. The ground staff (Indian guys ) were asking me to pay for the excess of baggage. I said I travel regularly in your air lines, so considere me, they replied that, No we have order to charge even for 1Kg. I said how come if devide this 7 kg to 5 it will come only 1.4 kg. I was completely unhappy with the attiutude of the emirates staff, they attitudes was completly rubbish My journy was spoiled, my holidays were spoiled from the treatment the staff gave me. She said If I dont remove your excess baggage or pay for the excess, then I will call the security, he will through your luggage. I was insulting attitude from your staff and misbehaving to a doctor. I went to drop my mother inlaw after 2 months, one arabic guy was sitting in the counter and he was reminding me about the incident. which was again isulting.
last month I went to drop my sister then I saw the same lady . I was very much upset and burning inside.
I dont no what I should I do. I am still under psychological stress and trauma. Me and my family did not recover from the incident still.
This is a very very bad attitude from your staff towards your custumers. I dont think so you are goind to give justice in this regard. However, Lastly I have decided not to travel in my life time in your air line nor I will allow my family members and friend to travel in this air lie to suffer.
