I worked for Marshall Field and his wife at their practice in the North Brunswick, New Jersey, WalMart.

I could not, in good conscience, continue to work for this Optometrist as I noticed, and was asked to do, very unethical things.

For example, Marshall Field would ask me to make sure certain, minority, patients pay in full before they are examined.

He would never spend more than 5 minutes per patient as he says that they will come back and pay again if they are not happy.

He constantly got prescriptions wrong, and when the customer came back due to exacerbate symptoms, he would say, “Hey, you didn’t let me finish!” and / or charge them for a second examination.

Marshall Field and his wife are the worst, greedy and most unethical doctors that I have ever worked with and this post should serve as a warning to existing and future patients.
