I have been receiving IPL treatments for nearly a year now and I HAVE NOT seen any results. After 9 treatments I asked Dr. Parungao to return me my money and he made it aware to me that the ONLY was that was gonna happen was IF I signed a RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS FORMS. Which of course I declined.
The agreement that I signed in the beggining stated that it wasn't 100% guaranteed and "the usual number of treatments required is two to three" . After having the quantity IPLs required I saw no changes on my face (pigmentation). I made an appointment with Dr. Parungao one day, he told me not to give up on IPLs, "it's not dangerous" and "as long as my pocket could handle it...". I have had 9 IPL treatments with no results and I want my money back please...
I think that after my second or third IPL treatment (like the agreement stated), he should of told me to stop and not encourage me to receive any more laser treatments on my face...
