I travelled to mexico for a bariatric surgery to be done by Dr. Verboonen. After he took my payment he told me that he could not do the surgery and would not refund any of my money. He also works with a patient facillitator named Sheri Burke from International Patient Facillitators who forged my name on consent forms and posted a picture of me in a hospital gown on her web site. Do not use this doctor or patient facillitator, they will rip you off. The cost me $5, 500.00 for surgery, $800.00 for air and $800.00 for hotel. I received nothing from them except excuses.
