Dr. Dominic McKinley performed two trigger point injections on me to help localized pain. The second injection dropped my lung. He did not obtain my written informed consent before this second procedure. This complication required 2 days of hospitalization where I had a thick tube inserted into my chest cavity to re expand my lung. Dr. McKinley never visited me in the hospital after this complication.
