Dream construction on paper seemed like the perfect set up. Marvin the sales representative was a very nice man. Initially we were led to believe that he was going to be the Project Lead for our house renovation but it didn't happen that way. They hired a guy who managed the project. He didn't have a clue and the 3 month project latest 8 months. We took 3 vacations to get away from the house and each time we got back nothing more had been done on the house. The finishing quality was terrible and we complained many times just to delay the project further. I am an upbeat professional but this company drove me into my worst state of mind ever. The only thing good about them is they finished the job. Though I had to watch them every step of the way to make sure corners were not cut. I found extra insulation in a cupboard after they had finished the ceiling sheet rock. This job was couple with a wiring job. I insisted that they never put the insulation back in the non accessible ceiling after finding the insulation and they argued they had. Eventually after refusing to pay they had the sheet rock guys come back out only to find I was right. approx 30% of the insulation was missing from the ceiling. These guys can't manage a party in a brewery!
