Hotel caters to loud boisterous, drunken nightcluber. Fire alarm woke us up twice and we had to run down 4 flights of dangerous crowded stairs to find that the drunks set off the alarm. Yet my daughte on the 9th floor never heard the alarms. If it had been a fire, noone on the upper level would have been saved! The reception seemed unconcerned. Whn I complained, they said they were sorry and offered me 10% off my bill! Since I didnt sleep all night because of the fire alarm and guests next door who kept us up all night with loud revelry, I dont think that was an adequate response. I am sure they do not adhere to fire codes and it is a catastrophe waiting to happen. It is a horrible place and definitely low class trying to look jet set. DONT go there
