First of all, Dream Lash is not an eyelash growth product but is shown on the lash growth website. It is nothing more than flakes to apply after one applies mascara. This was not what I had in mind. I can buy a similar product for $4.99 locally. There is a statement on their website that if not fully satisfied to return for a full refund. When one calls the phone number listed above, the phone prompt states the same. Yet, when I called that number again, I spoke to a young girl who said there would be no refund for the shipping and handling. This shipping and handling as to any company selling products through catalogs or the Internet is a bad joke. I was charged two shipping and handling charges by Dream Lash. The little envelope came with no postage amount showing. What does that tell you? Do employees who package up items to mail really have to be paid extra for doing work that they would be doing anyway? It is a ripoff. When I mailed the items back (some were free) I only paid $2, 83 for the 4.6 envelope. I will never order anything by catalog, over the phone or by Intenet again. They misrepresent and they cheat. They are killing the goose that lays the golden egg and they deserve what results.
