	Janell Whitworth January 22, 2009 too many charges to my account and I want to cancel I received a charge to my VISA account on 12/21, posted on 12/22 for $79.95 and then another charge on 1/5, posted on 1/6 also for $79.95. I asked for the free trial bottle only, I want these charges to stop.
	J Branch December 29, 2008 Unauthorized charges Ordered a FREE sample and used a credit card for $4.95 in shipping. I knew I had two weeks for the trial usage but they conveniently provided me with NO contact info. ... 15 days later I have a $79.95 charge on my credit card, plus some charge to www.fit-fac.com for $29.95.
	Lavina Shoop December 29, 2008 Credit Card Charge Ordered free trial offer and have been charged on my credit card in excess of the shipping charge.
	Kalyn December 25, 2008 Unauthorized Charge I called a number to receive a free sample of the product and was charge the $5 for shipping which was agreed to. Three days later I had a charge of $80 and no product was received.
	Sue December 21, 2008 charge without permission My credit card was charged without my permission. No product was ever received.
