BOA has been charging my credit card 69.99 each January for the last couple of years. This year it was charged the same amount so when I called them about it the woman I was talking to said " I can cancel that for you" and guess what? She did!! At first I was really happy and then I got to thinking about it. It seems to me that BOA wouldn't be able to cancel a "membership" unless they were the ones making the 69.99 charge to my account. Sounds pretty fishy to me and would like to talk to a lawyer about this. It just doesn't seem right that they could cancel an account like that. Anyone else experience this?
