Unauthorized Credit Card Charges - FRAUD
Ongoing "subscription" FRAUD. One time purchase nets you lifetime charges. Repeated unanswered emails submitted via their "contact us" webmail. Repeatedly told them to cancel this automated thievery to no avail.
Nothing less than FRAUD. I see a class action suit in their future. Any hungry Attorneys out their?
I encourage ALL to file a complaint with their State Attorney General Office. They act on behalf of the people in prosecuting FRAUD among other things.
TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES ABOUT THEIR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES AND TELL THEM NOT TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, less they suffer the same fate.

Unauthorize wiithdrawal
DRI PCTOOLS got my account too. They hit me on a saturday and continued to withdraw funds until I could notify the bank on Monday. I have no idea who these people are and if they were a respectable business they would have sent an invoice.

I did not renew nor download this product and it showed up as a charge on my credit card. I am 75 yrs. old----and I cannot seem to get ANYONE to respond to this complaint! [email protected] |

I was charged a renewal of $29.95 without my authorization. I don't even have the computer with the software on it anymore. I want my money back.

My credit card was charged $29.95 for a renewed subscription for this company's anti-virus program.
