on 12/8/09 this company charged my credit card for the amount of 19.95 without my authorization.
I want the charge credited to my account and you are never to charge my account again

Ongoing "subscription" FRAUD. One time purchase nets you lifetime charges. Repeated unanswered emails submitted via their "contact us" webmail. Repeatedly told them to cancel this automated thievery to no avail.

Nothing less than FRAUD. I see a class action suit in their future. Any hungry Attorneys out their?

I encourage ALL to file a complaint with their State Attorney General Office. They act on behalf of the people in prosecuting FRAUD among other things.

TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES ABOUT THEIR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES AND TELL THEM NOT TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, less they suffer the same fate.

They went and charged my account for service didn't authorize!

I was charged a renewal of $29.95 without my authorization. I don't even have the computer with the software on it anymore. I want my money back.
