Ordered product with the understanding that only $1.00 s & h with trial period. In days my acct. was debited $69.95 and still no product...never given a trial period but when called 1-800-210-2544 I was informed that they would cancel my acct. ( that I at that point found out that it would be deducted every month!) and refund my acct...NOT...gave them a week and a half and called back. Was at that point told my acct. had indeed been canceled on Feb. 20th...when I had called the first time...but no information was documented about refund...why does that surprise me. This is such a rip off and not true to thier word!
