$49.95 and $39.95 was taken out of my personal account without authorization. After calling and complaining to a representative, I was refunded the $49.95. The $39.95 mysteriously didn't show on this company's records, so I faxed a copy of my bank statement showing the charges. I am still waiting for that refund! I was assured that my card would be taken off file, and I would see no more money taken out of my account from the company. Since then, I have recieved two more $39.95 charges, and another $49.95 charge. These unauthorized charges are theft!
