UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
On Jan. 20, 2011, I noticed a debit charge to my bank account from SpyHunter in the amt. of $39.99 which I did not authorize and worse, nobody in that company asked me if I wanted to renew this. I immediately called them @ 1 (800) 999-2734 requesting a refund. Unfortunately, I got a filipino woman who was unable to communicate in English and told her to cancel this. I sent an e-mail to www.reg.net asking for my refund. On Jan. 22 I rec'd an answer telling me that ''due to this acct. was old they would not refund my money.'' I replied that the charge was made 2 days ago and to explain the ''old'' part and that I will report them to the BBB and any other entity available to me. They have my e-mail address on file and the least they should of done was ASK ME if I wanted to renew and/or keep their product. I will pursue this until I get my refund and I suggest the same to others. We have enough proof on this complaint board alone.

Unauthorized charge
We received an unauthorised charge from DRI Spyhunter for € 35, 87 on august, 28th 2010.
We understood that they decided to renew our computer antivirus for one more year without our confirmation.
So, what we would like now is :
1. They send us a bill of the amount of the charge : €35, 87 for our book-keeping responsable is unflexible,
2. They never charge us again without a specific authorisation from our part.

I have just discovered an unauthorized charge to my bank account. I cannot even remember visiting such a site. What, if anything, can i do about this? What if it reoccurs?

I WISH TO DROP ANY MEMBERSHIP I HAVE WITH SPYHUNDER AND DRI.

Unauthorized charge on my credit card
BEWARE - An unauthorized charge appeared on my Capital One Mastercard account for $29.99. When I called I was transferred to an overseas call center and harassed. The customer service representative insisted that I provide my email address (which I refused). When I requested a supervisor, she placed me on HOLD for a long time with LOUD classical music blaring. The guy that got on the phone was clearly not a supervisor and hung up on me. On the third call I reached a person who told me that I ordered computer virus protection - curious since I only use Norton Anitvirus products. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Unauthorized credit card charge
I purchased this for one year only and am very dissapointed with their product. I have received no notice of any kind from them and they have charged my account again. My credit card company has been notified and a dispute is in action. They will be blocked from every using my card again.
