taking money out of my checking

I CALLED MYSTERY SHOPPERS TO FIND OUT WHAT IT WAS. Kethara operator #4078 said there would be a charge of 2.95 to get a list.I AGREED TO THE 2.95. DRI TOOK THIS CHARGE OUT 5/16/11 THEN DRI TOOK OUT 3.95 ON5/17/11. They gave me a web site to activate . I got worried that this was a scam so i did not activate it.Then on 5/24/11 DRI took out 49.95. Icalled DRI and using realls strong language told them to canel whatever this was. I demanded my money back since i never activated nor authorized this. They say i will get my money back in 7to 10 days. We will see on 7th or 10th.

non-authorized Charge

2 unauthorized charges on my netspend Account One on the 7th of April and one on the 9th of April. I am a retired teacher/counselor on a fixed income and need every penny of my pension. I do not know if this company is targeting senior citizens or not. I have no idea how they got my number and why Netspend even authorized it. One has posted and one has not for a total of approximately 100.00. I have had this happen at a bank before and had to go to the Texas attorney general for any action to be taken against the company. Hopefully, I won't have to report this but I have my doubts.
