	siddowen September 24, 2009 charged twice for download My credit card was billed twice for the Sept. billing.
	Patricia Larsen April 30, 2009 overcharged I renewed My annual Norton renewal on 4/17/2009 then I was also charged for DRI Symantec Dell on 4/5/2009.
	christiane clinch March 18, 2009 order i didn't want a charge of $61.00 or so was charged to my credit card over the amount I needed to renew my Norton Security.I dont know how, or possibly I pressed a wrong button, but I did not want it .
	Isabela Gonzalez December 5, 2008 Two unauthorized/illegal charges On 10-20-08 and 10-21-08, I was charged $66.98, respectively on my credit card for services I did't request. I expect them to put that money back on my credit card asap.
