Was due for annual renewal of norton anti-virus
which I paid on-line with VISA on 7/06/09: $35.99
Rec'd my VISA statement and the charge was listed.
However, when I'm online I have many windows
coming up that my computer is infected with trojan
and has various worms. When I try to delete, ignore,
etc. it refers me to symantec licensing and activating
for additional charges.
Aren't I covered with norton anti-virus?
How can I correct, identify, rid my computer
of this virus?
