My visa Debit card was charged 34.99 that I did not authorize and I don't know what its far. Please refund my money immediately.My Name is Shelby Wolfe and I have used this company for a long time and never had this happen before.Please make this right

I purchased on 10/09/08 my Norton Annual Renewal for $52.99. When I received my credit card bill, I was charged an additional $49.99 from DRI Symantic. The latter charge was not authorized.
