They were supposed to cancel my account in September. I keep sending them back and my credit card keeps getting charged. I have a hard time getting thru to them. It is a scam! I am about to call credit card security and lodge a complaint and have my credit card number changed where they cannot charge it.

please cancel my account. this is the second month you have charge me for something i have not recieved pleas stop charging my credit card. i have try several time to contact you but no calls.
