I have purchased Microsoft Office and Student 2007 from DRI Windows Marketplace on 06/12/08. I cancelled the order on 06/13/08 and sent another cancellation on 06/14/08. I received my visa credit card account statement today and found that the charge went through even though I had cancelled the transaction. The charge was for $149.95.
