Hi. My credit card was debited june 2010 for &99.95 and now again 3 June 2011 another $99.95 has been debited on my card. I have disputed the charges but nothing came of the first dispute and now the second has happened. Citibank has started to look into the case but do not give any guarantees about the claim. They are unable to stop the credit card debits asthe say they have no way of doing it. I find this most frustrating that a bank cannot stop unauthorised transaction s. The only way to stop it is to cancel the credit card altogether. Trevor Dunshea
