I called my bank today and they informed me of the fraud charge for $29.95 from dri.element5.com which I clearly have no idea who they are. My bank said that it was fraud and apparently is nation wide and that most of the charges are for $29.95. You should call your bank and cancel your bank card or credit card and have them issue you a new one. At this point the fraud charge has not posted to my account it is just pending. My bank said that once it posts (if it does) that they will dispute it and if the company cannot prove that I authorized the purchase then my bank will refund me the money to my account. They said that the company is probably real and that the people doing this fraud are using them as the purchase but somehow the money is going to the crooks.
