Purchases have been showing up on my checking account for something related to DRI*MICRO. I guess it's some kind of virus protection. I already use another software so I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have ordered this. I'm contacting my bank to stop the withdrawls. Can I recover the costs already processed? Who do I contact to protest this action.
