unauthorized charge

this afternoon i coud not pay my phone bill because i had A charge for 69.90 on my account from this company i have never heard of and the only thing i could think of was the grant info i ordered for 1.98 wich i tried casncelling 4 different times with no success these ppl who ever they are need to be stoped i am a single mother of three desperate to keep things together while i have no job during this crisis our eonomy is going through how am i to find work if potentials now cannot get a hold of me how can i get my money back please someone help

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!!!

I regretfully ordered a "FREE " product, (Acai Berry diet pills) and was supposed to be charged $3.95 s&h. I then got a call the next day informing me that I was now a part of a membership and that I got the first 30 days FREE.. I had the option to call and cancel as soon as the papers came in the mail. I cancelled immediately. Now I am being charged $79.95 for NOTHING! I cannot find a way to contact these people either. I am seeing other complaints from the same company that multiple charrges have been made. I am very upset and am a single mother that CANNOT afford to be ripped off by these BOGUS companies! Shoppers, beware... DON'T take amything for FREE because it's NOT FREE!!! Now I am going to have to cancel my debit card to get it to stop!
