I was billed on 7/16 for Norton useage but was unable to download the program R/T I don't know why. I was still billed for the product that I could not use. Please send a credit through for I am unable to use the prduct of Norton. This is coming up on the bill as DRI*Symantec Generic. There is not phone number so I cannot talk to a person. Please resolve this issue.
