On May 08, 2008 my credit card was charged $49.99 which I understood was to pay for the annual fee to continue Norton Anti Virus protection. For the past few days I have been receiving a notice via my e-mail address that my protection will cease if I do not pay for the service. Please explain to me why the "annual" fee I paid in May has now expired in August. According to my math, that is 4 months, not 12! An explanatory response would be appreciated.
