did not order
I saw this morning on my checking account that I was charged $34.99 for something I did not order. I am dealing with the bank to reverse these charges as we speak. You need to take care of things on your end. That's $34.99 plus a $35.00 overdraft fee needs to be refunded back into my account immediately. I have not given you the clearance to charge my account. I am very upset about this and you need to correct your mistake. My name is Adam Lee Gardner and you need to take care of this NOW!!!

I found a charge on my credit card for $39.99 from DRI*Symantec myord.com/sym MN. I have not ordered anything online from them. It sounds like an antivirus company and that is all I know.

overcharged
I have approximately 2 months left on my Norton Anti Virus protection. Why have I been charged on Sept. 07 by Symantec...
twice for service I already have.
