unauthorized billing
Hi! I have received a charge on my credit card that was not suppost to be issued. I have not bought anything from the company and yet they have taken an amount of money off to charge it to my bank account. Is there any way I can take legal action against this company? I know that I'm not the only person sending in a complaint about this. If you can help me I would greatly apreciate it. Thank you. If I don't hear back from you I will submitt a complaint to the BBB on behalf of this companies's illegal business actions.

Trying to charge my card
I was looking at my credit card statement online when I saw this :
DRI*SYMANTEC
MYORD.COM/SY
Purchase Date: 10/24/09
Declined Reason: PURCHASE EXCEEDED THE AVAILABLE FUNDS
I did not order anything and have not renewed my macfee. If this happens again I will contact the attorney general about this matter. I will also be contacting my attorney...
STOP TRYING TO CHARGE MY CARD...

I have two (2) charges on my Master Card of $114.00 each. Total of $228 dollars. I have no Idea what this is or who they are. I donot see any information on them. I donot remember any such charge or any transactions. The only thing Master card has is the e-mail address. They can not tell me anything more than I know, WHICH IS NOTHING. The site is DRI*Symantec next to that is a e-mail myord.com/synMN This is all I know. If anyone knows what this is please let me knoe. Thankyou Earl Johnson

unauthorized charge
on 3/28/09 a charge of $131.98 was placed on my master card account, this charge was unauthorized and i had no knowledge of it till three months later because i work over seas, i have not been able to resolve this problem due to "timing" and i believe dri*sonic solutions and dri*symantec are tied in to norton security creating a maze of confusion for the consumer
on 3/21/09 i placed an internet order from dri*sonic solutions, this product did not properly work on my computer so i canceled the order, the charges were properly credited and this is O.K., however a week later a charge of $131.98 was posted to this account by dri*symantec, at this time i was over seas and i have no knowledge of this action

Paid for Norten renewal security for my pc. Received e-mail to tell me I could upgrade for free and now see from my bank statement I was charged £74.99. N0 address or phone number to contact them. Do not know what I can do

Charged for something I didn't order, twice
I checked my credit card statement and found two bills from DRI*Symantec(Services and Merchandise) in the amount of $114.99 each! I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges and they reversed them pending an investigation. I do not like this company or their billing techniques!
