	hsmof5 September 2, 2009 duplicate charge for symantec NAV Renewed my Symantec Norton Antivirus and found two charges against my credit card. One from Norton and one from DRI. This made my account be overdrawn and could have caused overdraft charges. How do I get my money back??????
	allmal75 May 20, 2009 unauthorized charge I just noticed a charge against my Visa by DRI*Symantec www.myord.comMN. It is the same amount charged to me byt Norton when I renewed my anti-virus protection. Please provide information how I can get my money back. I suppose the best thing to do next time is NOT to renew subscriptions on line.
	October 16, 2008 Unauthorized Charges I did not charge any thing that costs $114.99 to my sony card and I wish for you to remove the charges. Thank you EA Tucker
