Iwas prompted to renew, and did so online. I then had two debits from my card for renewal, one is for £34, 99, and the other automatic renewal for £29.99. I complained on 16th May, and it was arranged that the larger sum would be refunded in 5-10 days. I have constantly rung Barclaycard, but the sum has not yet been returned, this is a significant sum to me, and I need it to be refunded as soon as possible
