We purchased the update through this company being as how we had Micro Trend already installed. The security was worthless and our computer became infected from being vulnerable and without security. We had to have it fixed and it cost 265.00. We want to be reimbursed and we need to know how to go about it. The credit card company has already been contacted but we want the money we paid to fix it.
