I needed a driver for my canon scanner and logged onto canons website only to have this ad for 'DRIVER FETCH' appear - I assumed it was part of canons service and downloaded and installed the software.

On running I was then required to register and PAY for the driver. I became suspicious and googled DRIVER FETCH only to find it a scam.

I then went to my control panel to deinstall/ remove this software from my computer. As soon as the removal completed - I received a number of virus alerts from AVG (my virus scanner).

Use the program at your own risk !!!

I ordered from clkbank.com 3 programs that I was assured would help with my computer problems. I ordered Driver Fetch for $39.90; Driver Fetch HighSpeed for $9.95 and File Helper for $19.95. None of these programs fixed my problem, in fact have made my computer slower. I am trying to contact these people before the 90 day period to get a full refund, but can not find a phone number or form on their website to return my purchase. I need help in contacting these people and getting my refund.
Please help me find where to contact them.
